With the pace of modern life it’s not always convenient to book appointments in person or on the phone during practice opening hours. Vision Online Appointments expands the services you can offer your patients, and allows them to manage their appointments when they want, from any location.

Quick and simple

Once a patient has registered for the service, booking and managing appointments couldn’t be simpler. After logging in, the patient chooses to add a new appointment and then selects the most suitable appointment – they will then receive an email to confirm the booking.

The patient can filter the view by date, day of the week, time of day, clinician and location to find appointments that meet their needs.

Viewing all booked appointments and cancelling an appointment is also easy.

Vision Online Appointments can be configured to meet the exact needs of your practice and patients, and offers additional features to help optimise its use, including:

  • Set maximum number of appointments a patient can book
  • Specifiy which staff members can have appointments booked online – quickly choose between all staff, usual GP or salaried GPs
  • Tell patients which site appointments are for (i.e. main or branch sites)
