Vision 360 and Information Governance

Ensuring the correct information is only ever shared with the right people is an intrinsic component of Vision 360:

• Vision 360 is based on an implied patient consent model
• Practices decide if they want to share their records or not
• It is agreed locally what elements of patient data are shared
• Varying data elements can be made available to different services running side-by-side within the same community
• Data can be excluded at the time of the extraction
• The viewing of data elements can also be blocked using role-based access controls within Vision 360
