The Taff Valley Practice is a large five-site practice. Its Vision system is hosted on the Welsh Enterprise System (WES), a managed service dedicated to nearly one hundred Welsh Vision practices.
High quality support
Teresa Bressington stresses the importance of a high quality support service, “Vision has proved to be user friendly, and easily accepted and managed by both our clinical and administrative staff. However, we have a complex centrally hosted system running across five sites. Knowing that we have prompt and efficient backup from the INPS helpline team gives us great confidence in the availability of our Vision system.”
