Quality Care

SSP Health has a number of practices in the North-West of England.
Stephanie Byrom, SSP Health’s Chief Executive, explains how Vision helps to provide their patients with high quality services, “The layout of Vision is second to none. It is very user-friendly and allows staff to focus on the task in hand. Vision’s Guidelines ensure that our nurses cover all aspects of care during Chronic Disease Management Reviews. They act as a guide for the nurse to work through, ensuring all patients receive the same level of care. At the same time, they allow the nurse to maximise the time she spends with the
patient because data entry is simplifed.”
INPS provided SSP Health with additional bespoke Guidelines to meet their specifc needs. Stephanie
explains how these help with data quality, “They are a great way for clinical and non-clinical staff to enter data into patient records without worrying about coding incorrectly. This ensures that we minimise the chance of patients falling through the net and not being added to a disease register.”
When asked why Vision is the best system, Stephanie answers, “Having used a number of other clinical systems, I would always recommend INPS and Vision over any other. The combination of wide-reaching functionality and ease of use means that everyone at SSP Health, including receptionists, clinicians and data managers, can get the most of the system.”
