Customer Care

Louise Clemens is the Project Manager for GP Care Services in Rochdale, and she is a big Vision fan, “Vision is a very user friendly system, not difficult to learn, not difficult to navigate your way around. It is an intuitive system and also very stable, and has a high level of functionality.”
 
Louise and her team opened a new clinic in November 2009, and explains how Vision makes her job easier to manage, “It will be simple to train new staff on the system.  Because of technological advances we are a centrally hosted site. Updates, back up and patch dissemination are all managed centrally; this means that there is less work to do in the practice as nobody has to be responsible for putting a backup tape in every night.” 
 
INPS do their utmost to maintain excellent customer relationships and their relationship with Louise is no exception. “I have always enjoyed an excellent relationship with INPS, I can't fault anything about it.”
 
Louise describes the high levels of customer care that INPS strives to maintain, “The account manager has been exceptionally helpful and supportive, nothing is ever too much trouble.  The helpdesk is also good - it is rare that they can't solve a problem there and then, but if they do need to pass it on to second line help is soon on its way.  I have always found the trainers to be very knowledgeable and friendly.  The field engineers have always proved to be technically reliable, up to speed with the latest developments and present a professional, courteous and friendly face of INPS at the pit face!”
