Ongoing Improvement

Davyhulme Medical Centre has been using Vision for many years, during which they have witnessed the system’s continual improvement. Practice Manager, Keith Fraser, explains how Vision helps with the management of his busy medical centre. “We operate a complex appointment system with 9 GP’s, 5 nurses, outreach clinics and soon we will have 2 registrars. Vision copes well with our demands from it. We are now a training practice and the Guidelines help everyone during consultations. It is reassuring to know that the registrars have access to an inbuilt helping hand.”
Keith is also confident that INPS can provide the quality of service he depends on; “We have always had good Account Managers and positive relationships with all INPS field staff. When we moved premises in March our IT was disconnected at lunchtime on Friday. By 3pm the same day we had access to Vision in the new building. Quite an achievement, for which we thank INPS!”
The National Vision User Group (NVUG) provides Keith with a friendly support network. “We have been members of NVUG for many years. This is a strong and forceful group which helps to retain the end user practicality that we all need."
Why does Keith think Vision is so good? “Vision is flexible and always improving. I believe Vision is the best clinical system because it has always been at the forefront of development and I am confident it will continue to be so. It has always been our system of choice.”
