System Reliability

Since moving to Vision late in 2007, Karen Deans has discovered a huge difference in system reliability, “It doesn't crash! This might sound like a small point but in the time we've had Vision, our downtime has been virtually zero. Compared to our previous system, this is an amazing change and one that is very welcome.”
Superb helpline service
On the few occasions that support has been needed, Karen has been impressed with the Vision Helpline, “Firstly, being able to contact support quickly is great, and the support team at Vision is excellent. Dial in fixes are fantastic although the system is so stable we rarely need to ask for help. I have always been very confident that the staff I talk to know exactly what they are doing. Everyone is very professional and it makes such a difference to know that problems will be dealt with.”
Vision – the best system!
Karen has no doubt that Vision is the best system available to Scottish practices, “Our Account Manager is helpful and the support team is brilliant. I've now used three different clinical systems and would definitely recommend Vision as the best of the three. If you don't have Vision, why not?”
