Moving to Vision

Audley Health Centre migrated to Vision from iSoft in February 2007, “We were getting increasingly dissatisfied with our previous system for various reasons. We definitely made the right choice with Vision.”

Great appointments

Julie particularly likes the appointments within Vision, “The features within Vision appointments are great.  I love the events planner – it’s a great aide memoir as to who had what holidays and when. It’s very visual too, which the receptionists like. We have been able to colour code our different types of appointment which makes finding appointments much easier.”

Care and attention from INPS

A contributing factor to the successful implementation of Vision was the close contact between INPS and the practice, “We have a great relationship with INPS and this is invaluable.  All of the engineers and trainers that have visited our practice have been very helpful, and whenever we ring the helpline we are always dealt with promptly and efficiently.”

Julie has been particularly impressed with how INPS cares for her practice, “Diane Heys, our Account Manager, is fantastic!!  She keeps in touch with us and regularly calls to see if there is anything she can help with.  I know that she will always come up with an answer when I email her with all kinds of queries.”

Vision – the best system

Why does Julie believe Vision is the best system for a busy practice?  “It’s the whole package!  A clever system, a super training team and back up when you need it.”
