Using Vision

Julie Cheetham is the Regional Primary Care Development Manager for SSP Health,  the owners of a number of practices  in  the North West of England.

Julie  explains  how  Vision  helps  with  the  smooth  operation  of their  busy  practices,  “The  appointments  are  simple  to  use,  the patient  journals  are  clear  and  easy  to  follow,  and  the  searches are  straightforward.  The  warnings  that  tell  our  clinicians  where information  is missing  for a particular patient are great, as they help our GPs and Practice Nurses to ensure all patient needs are met.”

A system is only as good as the supporting services, as noted by Julie, “It’s easy to contact INPS by telephone
or  email,  and  we  always  get  a  quick  response  to emailed queries. It’s also useful to be able to email
trainers  for  advice.  Vision  has  been  used  in  our practices for several years. We have not encountered
any problems and INPS are always willing to help.”
