Flexibility

Fiona O’Malley is the Reception Manager at Victoria Practice in Perth and started using Vision in 2006. Fiona explains what she likes most about Vision, “I like the many different functions that are available, the simplicity of the system and the fact you can tailor it to suit the individual user. It is also great when you are training new staff as it is so uncomplicated and the help screens are great.”

Fiona describes how Vision helps with the day-to-day challenges that practices encounter, “One of the main problems I face is constant appointment changes. The simplicity of Vision’s Appointments screen means last minute or long term changes are made safely and easily.”

Fiona’s favourite aspects of Vision are its ease of use, simplicity of searches and the recall function in Mail Manager. “All information is easily accessed. Reports and Searches are readily on hand when you require them and the search facility is so simple to execute, so much more user friendly than our last system. Recalling patients for chronic disease clinics is made really easy thanks to the mail merging function.”

INPS strives towards excellent customer service and the relationship with Fiona O’Malley is no exception. “The relationship we have with INPS is excellent; any problems are resolved quickly with minimum fuss.  Our Account Manager is great, very attentive and supportive.”

Why does Fiona think Vision is the best clinical system available for GP practices? “It is a good system that is easy to use and well supported. Vision provides the necessary support for practices to fulfill their contract obligations. Recent enhancements have been well received; it is nice to know that suggestions from users are taken on board.”
