Vision Extended Care
Vision Extended Care is a unique solution that allows Walk-in Centres and GP-led health centres to record details of consultations with non-registered patients and send this information to their registered GP. Vision Extended Care consists of specifically designed guidelines, a patient consultation report and a secure fax solution to simplify the data management process.
- guidelines enable data to be added quickly and easily, ensuring that data is added in a concise and consistent way;
- Patient Consultation Report enables the data to be compiled in a template and contains all relevant data added during the consultation. The report can be printed or faxed to the registered GP;
- Vision Extended Care - Fax Solution enables the centres to send a detailed patient consultation report to the patients registered GP.
Vision Extended Care - Fax Solution
The Vision Extended Care Fax Solution allows details of your consultations with unregistered patients to be sent to their registered GPs. There are delivery reports for viewing details of faxed reports along with administrative tools for managing the workflow and updating practice fax numbers.
