Vision eForms (VeForms) is an exciting new development that offers Vision users a more powerful and flexible alternative to Guidelines, without having to compromise the quality of information you record during consultations and nurse assessments.

VeForms promotes a non-linear workflow and data can be recorded with simple mouse clicks, making it faster and easier to record consistent information.

Key features of VeForms include: 

• Flexible data entry that is not restricted to a rigid linear workflow;
• Non-READ coded data can be stored with the document;
• Form controls including drop down lists, radio buttons and Yes/No check boxes;
• Fully automated free text and searchable free text;
• Rapid coding for all types of clinical data;
• Built-in calculations from data;
• Completed form saved as a PDF.

VeForms will be sold as a fully inclusive consultancy/authoring package and will be available in 2010.
