Envisage is the next generation patient call solution for Vision users, combining health awareness communication with patient call.

Envisage lets you improve your patients' health awareness, broadcast practice messages and call patients to their appointments. Vibrantly coloured messages offer a clear, concise and targeted presentation of health and practice information to patients - while they wait for their appointment.

Targeted messaging

Envisage allows you to easily target specific patient groups with highly relevant messages, for example, maternity messages to young mothers during a baby clinic or smoking related messages during a smoking cessation clinic. The Envisage Media Scheduler allows your surgery to choose which health information content to show at specific times of the day or week.

Surgery Information

Information for your patients about your staff members and the services you provide such as repeat prescriptions, home visits and surgery hours can also be displayed with Envisage. Improving the way you deliver your surgery information to your patients can vastly improve the uptake and compliance of new services.

Regular media pack updates

Envisage is supplied with a vast selection of pre-recorded media. This includes topical health messages (e.g. the dangers of smoking, healthy eating recommendations) through to useful practice messages (e.g. please turn off your mobile phone, flu inoculations available now).  The system is easily configured to your exact needs and timings via the ‘Media Scheduler’. 

Updated media is simply downloaded via the Envisage Media website www.envisage-media.info, which is continuously updated with fresh and relevant media. Practices can also create their own standard media messages, which are easily created using HTML, JPEG images, Windows movie maker or Microsoft PowerPoint.
