With an IT degree and previous experience at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Lisa has been advising Vision practices and helping them to get the most from their systems since 2005. She moved to the London account management team during 2008.

Lisa endeavours to support her users and PCTs on a daily basis, meeting their expectations by acting as a mediator between her practices, PCTs and INPS. She takes pride in making sure her customers are happy by providing a quality product backed up by quality service.
