Terms and Conditions for Training Services

To ensure that the practice are able to achieve their goals in relation to the scheduled training day, please read the following very carefully.

INPS will:

  • Deliver training as specified in the confirmation letter
  • Provide day plans to help you plan your training
  • Ask your Training Consultant to contact you approx one week prior to the scheduled day – in the event they are unable to do so, please telephone the Training Centre on 02476 422359
  • Do their utmost to ensure that the Training Consultant is available on the scheduled day. In the unlikely event that the Training Consultants is unable to attend, all efforts will be made to find a replacement. If it is not possible, then the day will be re-scheduled to suit the practice. In Practice Systems will not be responsible for any consequential loss.
  • Replace all or part of the training day if technical or other INPS initiated situations arise which curtail the training

The Practice will:

  • Allow protected time for the training
  • Provide a safe environment in line with Health and Safety Guidelines
  • Make every effort to provide a quiet undisturbed room for training
  • Ensure adequate preparation for the training as indicated in the day plans
  • Ensure those attending have the necessary prior skills or background knowledge of the business processes in which they are being trained
  • Provide tea\coffee as appropriate
  • Wherever possible, give five working days notice of cancellation
  • Complete and return the Training Evaluation Form
  • Contact the Training Manager on 02476 422077 at the earliest opportunity if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of the training day
  • Ensure that the Training Consultant is allowed at the very least a twenty minute break at lunchtime (to comply with the European 48 hour Working Time Directive)
  • Not ask trainers to sit-in on consultations with patients
  • Not video training sessions
