Our experienced Training team will make it easier than ever for your practice to manage its QOF and increase its points. Using a bespoke programme for your practice, we can help you to improve your Vision system management, identify and fix data quality issues and generally take the pain out of your QOF.

Vision Software Management

  • Monthly or quarterly full Vision system check-up by remote dial-in, including updating relevant clinical audits and guidelines and a report that shows areas that could benefit from further attention.
  • Writing practice-specific triggering guidelines or leaflet.
  • Producing practice or third party Word template forms or mail merge documents

  • Constructing customised scripts to perform automated tasks in any area of Vision
  • Building practice-specific clinical pathways, which can be accessed from within a patient record.

  • Implementing practice recall protocols for particular clinical areas
  • Creating organised problems and contents based on Read code hierarchy

Data Analysis

  • Complete appointments analysis for any time period
  • Specific ad-hoc appointment reports
  • Generic prescribing and drug usage data
  • Patients without active Repeat medication prescriptions during the past 2 years for QOF medication reviews
  • Patients not seen in the last 5 years, excluding defined practice criteria
  • Telephone number analysis and practice protocol for those thinking of using SMS messaging.
  • Clinical records with partial date formats
  • Active patients with no NHS or CHI numbers
  • QOF data analysis and reporting assistance to help improve the understanding of QOF and maximise the payment received with the least effort
