Searches and Reports: Part 1
Who should attend?
Any members of staff responsible for searches and recalls. A good working knowledge of Vision is required
This is the first of two courses that give a comprehensive view of searching
Pre-requisite
Delegates must have attended a pre-live training course or one of the following listed below instructed by a qualified INPS training consultant:
- Vision for new staff
- Vision for the General Practioner
- Vision for the Practice Nurse
- Vision Data Entry (non-clinical staff)
Objective
To enable appropriate staff members to understand basic searches and to be able to produce reports
Course Content
- The Concept of Vision Searches
- Basic Registration Searches
- Simple Clinical Searches
- Recall Searches
- Different Outputs and Report Details
- Basic Group Management
- Recall Letter Generation
Course Duration - 5 hours
Course Type
Hands on: Computer systems supplied by INPS on the day
Please note: Maximum of 2 delegates per computer
Seminar Style: the Training Consultant will use Data Projection Equipment
