Going Paper-Light with Vision
Who should attend?
Clinicians and Computer Managers and other interested staff with a good working knowledge of Vision
A course that examines the issues in relation to moving towards a “paperless” or “paper light” practice
Pre-requisite
Delegates must have attended a pre-live training course or one of the following listed below instructed by a qualified INPS training consultant:
- Vision for New Staff
- Vision and the General Practitioner
- Vision and the Practice Nurse
- Vision for the Receptionist
- Vision Data Entry (Non Clinical Staff)
Objective
To enable delegates to understand the implications and the steps required to move the practice towards less paper
Course Content
- Going noteless - the implications
- Formularies - setting up and maintaining Drug and READ Formularies
- Guidelines - setting up and maintaining templates for easy and consistent data entry
- Hotkeys - ways of speeding up data entry
- Scanning - different ways of dealing with incoming mail
Course Duration - 5 hours
