Docman Refresher Day
Are you getting the most from Docman?
Have you been using Vision Docman for a while? This course will develop your understanding of templates, summarising and folder structures.
Who should attend?
This course is for anyone who is responsible for administering Docman as well as practice staff that regularly scan documents.
Pre-requisite
Should have basic knowledge of Docman and is suitable for those new to Docman
Objective
This course reviews and enhances the use of Docman at your practice.
Course Content
Review the use of Docman, including:
- Lists
- Templates
- Scanning process
- Summarising
- Admin tasks
Encourage better use of Docman:
- Surgery/secure sections, and making new sections
- Non Intellisense templates
- Data entry protocols
- Folder structures
Course Details
This is a half-day seminar that runs from 10:00am to 12:45pm. Ask the Trainer half-day seminar runs in the afternoon at the same venue. Please fill out a separate booking form for the Ask the Trainer seminar.
