Docman Continuation & Refresher Day

Who should attend?
Those responsible for administering the scanning system and staff that carry out scanning.
We have devised this additional, on-site at your practice, training day for DocMan following numerous requests from practices.
This course is aimed at Administrators of the scanning system and scanning Operators
Pre-requisite
Delegates must have attended the initial Docman training course AND attended a pre-live training course or one of the following listed below instructed by a qualified INPS training consultant:
- Vision for New Staff
- Vision and the General Practitioner
- Vision and the Practice Nurse
- Vision and the Receptionist
- Vision Data Entry (Non Clinical Staff)

Review current use
- Lists
- Templates
- Scanning Process
- Summarising
- Admin Tasks
Enhance Usage
- Surgery/Secure Sections, making new sections
- Non Intellisense Templates
- Data Entry Protocols
- Folder Structures
Course Duration – 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
Course Cost - £350 plus VAT – limited time only
