Revised! Searches and Reports
This course has been revised to include a recap of some of the basic concepts of searches and then moving through to an intermediate level. The course also covers the changes to recalls in DLM280.
Who should attend?
Any members of the practice team who have responsibility for searches and audit. A good working knowledge of Vision is required.
Pre-requisites
Delegates should have a good knowledge of data entry in Vision.
Objective
To enable appropriate staff members to be able to carry out complex searches and reports.
Course Content
- A brief recap of the concepts of Vision searches
- Complex clinical searches
- Recall searches
- Different outputs and report details
- Basic & advanced group management
- Recall letter generation
- Practice Defined Audit
- The clinical audit module
Times: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
Costs: £135 plus VAT for the first delegate and £85 for second delegate sharing a pc with the first (maximum 2 delegates per pc)
