DXS & Customising Consultation Manager

Aim

Deliver a one day seminar style presentation to demonstrate the many features within DXS and how to Customise Consultation Manager to suit each staff role and/or task.

Pre-requisite

Delegates must have attended a Vision pre-live INPS training course and have used the Consultation Manager module for any sort of data entry.

Objective

By the end of the course, delegates will have been provided with a feature rich training program about DXS that will benefit both current DXS users and those not currently running or aware of DXS functionality
Each Vision user will obtain a greater understanding of how to setup and design multiple views within Consultation Manager, which may help in day to day usage as well as dealing with specific tasks in a more efficient way.

  • How to log content for PDP
  • Use the Appraiser Tool to present to an appraiser
  • Make use of the Statistic Tool to improve coding
  • Identify non-QOF codes and RCGP coding tool for GP registrars
  • Find and prescribe with Medication Reference
  • What’s new in DXS
  • Utilize the DXS quick find tool
  • DXS System Management
  • Hints and Tips

Customising Consultation Manager

  • Individual setup options to suit staff role or task
  • Customising existing views
  • Designing new views
  • Adding new tabs and defining there options
  • Show deleted records and viewing audit trails
  • Discuss security access rights and views
  • Screen Hints and Tips

Remaining time for “Ask the trainer” Question and Answer session on any Vision topic

Course Duration        10.00 AM – 4.00 PM
Course Costs:            £85 plus VAT
