Docman Refresher Day
Are you getting the most from Docman?
Have you been using Vision Docman for a while? This course will extend your understanding of templates, summarising and folder structures.
Who should attend?
This course is for anyone who is responsible for administering Docman as well as practice staff that regularly scan documents.
Pre-requisite
You must have attended an initial Docman training course, and attended either a Vision pre-live training course or one of the following INPS courses:
- Vision for New Staff
- Vision and the General Practitioner
- Vision and the Practice Nurse
- Vision and the Receptionist
- Vision Data Entry (Non Clinical Staff)
Objective
This course reviews and enhances the use of Docman at your practice.
Course Content
Review the use of Docman, including:
- Lists
- Templates
- Scanning process
- Summarising
- Admin tasks
Encourage better use of Docman:
- Surgery/secure sections, and making new sections
- Non Intellisense templates
- Data entry protocols
- Folder structures
Course Details
This is a hands-on course that takes place at your practice, and runs from 10:00am to 16:00pm.
