Vision Practice of the Year
The 2009 Vision Practice of the Year has been announced. This year's winning practice uses innovative technology to provide competitive services and improve patient access to the practice.
Hampton Hill Medical Centre in Middlesex were awarded the title of Vision Practice of the Year for their utilisation of additional patient-centric solutions, including:
- Voice Connect's Patient Partner automated telephone-based appointment booking service;
- SMS text messaging to remind patients about their appointments;
- Vision Online Services web-based appointment service.
INPS would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone at the practice.
Vision Awareness in Glasgow
All practices in Scotland that are using GPASS will need to choose an alternative system by April 2012. Glasgow Health Board recently gave INPS the opportunity to give local practices an insight into Vision.
The event was held at Celtic Football club and gave INPS the chance to talk to GPASS practices about what INPS has to offer. The purpose of the event was to aid the decision-making process by enabling practices to gain information about Vision and to meet the INPS Scottish team.
If you are a practice in Glasgow and you did not get a chance to attend but would like to see Vision, please email scotland@inps.co.uk for further information or to book a Vision Demo.
If you did attend the event, we would encourage you to arrange for Shona or Alan, your local Vision Account Managers, to visit your practice to discuss your needs in more detail.
Patient Partner live at first VES site
