GPSoC Connectivity Issues

INPS customers using the Heathrow Level4 GPSoC Hosted Solution have this morning been affected by connectivity issues and disconnections from the Hosted system. The problem with the Hosted Service has now been corrected and availability has been restored, INPS continue to look into the root cause of the issue. Any sites still experiencing issues should contact the helpline.
