Maintenance
A piece of non service impacting work is scheduled for spine services. This has been communicated to the user population for information only.
This is to deploy CCN 2080 - TMS 08.04.00, ERS 16.02.01, SDS 14.00.18 to Live A and B.

Detail/Impact
Authentication and Portal Services
- There will be a brief blip of 12 seconds when the portal is moved from Live A to Live B and vice versa. This is as per standard process for spine release activities and there will be no impact on existing connections.
- Portal Flip from Live A to Live B is planned for 21:30.
- Portal Flip from Live B to Live A is scheduled for 01:00.
- In the unlikely instance that a user experiences a problem accessing the portal during a portal flip, they should re-enter their smartcard and attempt to re-authenticate
TMS – Live A and B
TMS operates on 2 sites, Live A and Live B. Service will remain available on at least one site and will therefore have no impact to users. Further details are below:
- At 18:00 on 31/01 Live A messaging will be suspended, messaging services will continue to be available through Live B.
- At 22:00 on 31/01 Live B messaging will be suspended, messaging services will be available through the upgraded Live A site will be available.
- At 01:30 on 01/02 Live A messaging will be re-suspended, messaging services will continue to be available through Live B.
- By 04:30 service will be available on both sites
- There will be no impact on non-sticky LSP/ ESP sites for the above message suspensions.
