Fujitsu fi-6130C
The fi-6130C offers high speed scanning at 40 pages per minute (ppm) in mono and 30 ppm in full 24 bit colour (at 200 dpi). It is rated for daily scanning of up to 2,000 documents. The scanner’s duplex capability enables the capture of both sides of the original in just one pass, thus giving up to 80 images per minute (200 dpi).
The fi-6130 incorporates a new feeding mechanism based on its highly respected sibling, the fi-5900C. Based on brake roller technology rather than a pad, this provides much more reliable and controllable feeding of a wide range of papers and other media. It includes ultrasonic double feed detection, to help prevent lost images from paper jams and miss feeds, with Intelligent Multi feed Detection allowing intentional double feeds (e.g. taped documents) to be processed.
With a fold away output tray the scanner can be positioned near the user’s workstation for ease of use. When not in use the scanner reverts to a sleep mode using only 6.2 watts of power.
