The CLP521 has a metal clamshell mechanism for strength, reliability and ease of use. Parallel, Serial and USB connections are provided as standard. The print technology is direct thermal 203 dots per inch, with an internal 5 inch media roll. It is a compact design, with an internal power supply, eliminating that cumbersome “power brick” found on competitive models.
