We need information on the following areas:

• Name of Organisation responsible for Audit Criteria - (the HA, PCG, Practice etc)
• Text associated with the whole Audit Group - (for the pop-up box on the Clinical Audit screen)
• Clinical Area - (the main Clinical Area - Like Cardiovascular Disease)
• Clinical Category - (The specific Disease or Condition or Administrative grouping)
• Age Ranges - (The start and end ages)
• Sex criteria - (Male, female or Both)
• Search Descriptions, Criteria: Read or BNFcode and any Reminders you want predefined - (The actual search lines, including subgroups and the text of reminders to appear in Consultation Manager)
